About the role
About the Role
Nebius Token Factory is looking for a strategic and technical Product Marketing leader to define how the next generation of AI inference infrastructure is positioned and brought to market. This role shapes messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategy for AI capabilities across enterprise audiences, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales.Responsibilities
- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Token Factory across enterprise and AI-native customers.
- Develop narratives around inference use cases including agentic AI, multimodal AI, reasoning models, and fine-tuning.
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for launches, platform capabilities, model releases, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities through customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Lead sales enablement, including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and case studies.
- Turn complex infrastructure and model innovation into clear narratives that drive adoption and differentiate Nebius.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Experience bringing highly technical products to market for developer and enterprise audiences.
- Understanding of modern AI infrastructure, inference, open-source models, or cloud/GPU ecosystems.
- Strong track record of product launches, GTM execution, and technical storytelling.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for technical and business audiences.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales with enablement and competitive positioning.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, highly cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

- Base compensation range: $177,800-$222,200 USD.
