Role: Consultant Organization Consulting
This role supports organization transformation and development by helping to create materials, coordinate activities, and ensure project progress. Reporting to a senior manager, you will assist with data gathering, analysis, and the creation of high-quality deliverables such as project frameworks, plans, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and frameworks for project deliverables.
- Create and manage project documents including plans and analysis.
- Build relationships with team members and senior leadership.
- Apply analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation.
- Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership.
- Ability to work up to 4 days per week in NYC or Dallas office.
