Administration and Finances Manager

Are you a senior professional in Finance and Administration? Do you want to work in an international environment? This could be your opportunity!

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Lead and supervise the areas of accounting, treasury, taxation, management control, and reporting.
  • Prepare and supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing, ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial information.
  • Prepare and submit financial and management reporting to the parent company, following corporate standards and deadlines.
  • Act as a financial liaison with the parent company, external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Support General Management in strategic decision-making by providing financial and economic analysis.
  • Coordinate and develop the administrative-financial team, promoting continuous process improvement.

Where will you work?

You will be located in Puebla de Vícar (Almería), with availability to travel within our area of influence (Spain and Portugal) and internationally on an occasional basis.

Do you fit this profile?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Master's degree in Finance, Financial Management, or MBA is valuable.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial functions, with at least 3-5 years in positions of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in multinational subsidiaries and international reporting environments (highly valued).
  • Knowledge in financial and analytical accounting, taxation, management control, and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting tools.
  • High level of English (essential, frequent interaction with the parent company).
  • Competencies: Leadership, strategic vision, results orientation, analytical capacity, and clear communication with non-financial profiles.
