Information Security Compliance Consultant - SAK Inc.

This role is for an experienced Information Security Compliance Consultant at SAK Inc., located in Seoul, South Korea. The position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for either in-office work, remote work, or a hybrid model. International business travel to client headquarters for third-party audits may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of work experience in information security, including servers, networks, applications, and information protection systems.
  • Over 2 years of work experience in compliance with personal information protection laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing all or part of a consulting team's tasks.
  • Experience preparing and leading client meetings and communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) compliance, governance, and cybersecurity.
  • Domestic compliance auditor certification (e.g., ISMS-P).

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating cyber security controls for SAK Inc. and its clients, and advising on security controls that meet compliance requirements. As a junior-level consultant, you will manage parts of the consulting team and act as a client-facing point of contact. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills with both the consulting team and clients. You must also be able to explain and convey compliance requirements clearly to the consulting team and clients.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a probationary period of approximately one month. During this period, you will complete an internal training program (Internal Academy). You will be required to work at the main office during the probationary period, interacting face-to-face with colleagues and senior consultants. After the probationary period, you may apply for remote work. The salary for this role will vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience relative to the minimum and preferred requirements. Salary information will be disclosed at the time of recruitment, with specific details provided before the final executive interview. As part of your role, you may travel internationally with SAK Inc.'s interpreters to advise global clients at their headquarters. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a middle or overall manager of the consulting team within the scope of client consulting agreements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the head of your organization and leaders of other consulting teams.
  • Perform necessary roles for the operation of SAK Inc.'s information security management system.
  • Participate in and, if necessary, develop and lead the job training program.
  • Understand technical fields related to client contracts, share this knowledge with consulting team members, and contribute to strengthening the team's capabilities.
