About the Role: Head of Growth

We are seeking a Head of Growth to establish and lead SAISEI’s entire online growth function from the ground up. This is a foundational, builder role, not a maintenance position. As one of the first hires, you will operate as a hands-on, execution-focused leader, primarily responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and online revenue growth. There are no existing marketing teams to manage, providing a unique opportunity to define strategy, execute campaigns, build necessary infrastructure, and gradually hire and structure the function as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive online growth strategy for SAISEI.
• Take ownership of and scale Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram) as the primary growth engine.
• Develop and integrate additional customer acquisition and retention channels over time.
• Execute hands-on campaigns and build the foundational marketing infrastructure.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key growth metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Gradually build and structure the future growth team as the company scales.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, reporting directly to them on all growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual with a proven track record in building and scaling online growth functions, particularly within a startup environment. You should be comfortable with a hands-on approach and possess deep expertise in digital marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising.
