About the Role
Sainsbury's is looking for an Online Assistant to be one of our Christmas Champions. You will support our online customers by picking the best quality products, processing orders, and assisting in home delivery order preparations during the busiest season of the year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and selecting quality products and offering substitutions.
- Using a handheld device to plan routes and meet deadlines.
- Handling customer queries and assisting in van loading for home deliveries.
- Providing recommendations based on product knowledge and promotions.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
