About the Role

Join Sainsbury's as an Online Assistant this Christmas and support a joyful shopping experience for our online customers. As a Christmas champion, you will work in a fast-paced store environment picking quality products, addressing customer queries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operation of home delivery logistics.

What You Will Do

• Pick and select products or provide quality substitutions
• Use a digital handset to plan your store route
• Support with customer queries and order processing
• Help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers
• Learn and use new digital tools and technology
• Work flexibly across the store as needed
