Online Assistant at Sainsbury's
Join Sainsbury's as an Online Assistant and become a vital part of our stores, contributing to a joyful shopping experience for our online customers. In our fast-paced environments, you'll ensure customers receive their orders with quality products and excellent service.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be above the school-leaver age.
- If shifts are before 6 am or after 11 pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
As an Online Assistant, your duties will include:
- Picking and selecting high-quality products for online customer orders.
- Providing suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items.
- Utilizing a handset to navigate the store efficiently and manage orders.
- Handling customer queries and processing orders behind the scenes.
- Assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Proactively assisting customers and offering help.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
- Working flexibly across different store areas as needed.
