Eligibility Requirements

• Must be above the school-leaver age.
• If shifts are before 6 am or after 11 pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Assistant, your duties will include:

• Picking and selecting high-quality products for online customer orders.
• Providing suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Utilizing a handset to navigate the store efficiently and manage orders.
• Handling customer queries and processing orders behind the scenes.
• Assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
• Proactively assisting customers and offering help.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
• Working flexibly across different store areas as needed.
