About Sainsbury's Online Assistant Role
Join Sainsbury's as an Online Assistant this Christmas. As a Christmas Champion, you will support online customers by picking quality products, managing orders, and ensuring a joyful shopping experience during the festive season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selecting quality products from the shop floor.
- Providing substitutions for out-of-stock products.
- Using a handheld device to plan your route and order completion time.
- Handling customer queries and processing orders.
- Loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Learning about products, services and promotions.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must be above school-leaver age (or 18 for early/late hours) and have the Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
