Eligibility Criteria
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
- If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and selecting the highest quality products on the shop floor for online customers, ready for home delivery, or providing excellent substitutions if items are out of stock.
- Using a handheld device that guides your route around the store, indicates what you need to select, and tracks the time allocated for each shop.
- Working behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders, and assist in loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
- Always prepared to serve our customers brilliantly, proactively offering help, and assisting with any questions.
- Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide valuable recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as required, adapting to various tasks.
