- Utilizing a handset to navigate the store efficiently and manage selections.
- Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with van loading for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and offering proactive assistance.
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations.
- Working flexibly across various store functions as needed.
