About the Role: Online Assistant at Sainsbury's

Eligibility Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and selecting the highest quality products from the shop floor for online customer orders, preparing them for doorstep delivery.
- Providing excellent substitutions when ordered products are out of stock.
- Utilizing a handset to navigate the store efficiently, identifying items to select and managing time to complete each order.
- Handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
- Consistently providing excellent customer service, addressing questions, and proactively offering assistance.
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
