Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Senior Resource Manager who sees the "big picture." You aren't just filling seats; you are the architect of our project teams. You understand that behind every data point is a person with aspirations, and behind every project is a client counting on our excellence. You are a master of balance. You are analytical enough to navigate complex staffing data, yet empathetic enough to understand the human element of resource management. You don’t just solve puzzles; you build foundations that allow others to succeed.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Resource Manager

As a Senior Resource Manager in the RMO, you’ll be a senior member of the team, helping management mature the organization. You will be the connective tissue between people, projects, and performance. You’ll partner closely with the PMO, Delivery Leaders, and consultants to ensure SailPoint’s Professional Services team delivers at its best—every time.

  • Facilitate staffing meetings and resolve resource conflicts in real time.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting on resource metrics and utilization trends.
  • Improve RMO processes, tools, and automation to scale effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure staffing decisions balance project delivery, financial goals, and consultant development.
