About the Role

The Client Services Analyst at SailPoint plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within our Professional Services organization. You will partner with analysts, specialists, and project teams to manage day-to-day operations related to billing, project setup, reporting, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project setup, milestone tracking, billing, and reporting in Certinia and Salesforce.
  • Validate and maintain project data integrity including billing milestones and financial transactions.
  • Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies and process gaps, escalating for resolution.
  • Support month-end close activities including milestone verification and billing event reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, and PS Operations to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor performance through dashboards and provide actionable insights.
  • Document processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Certinia processes and data standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

You should have 3+ years in Professional Services, Business or Financial Operations, with hands-on experience in Certinia and a strong grasp of billing and financial transactions. Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential.
