Program Analyst - NASA CPSS, Huntsville, AL

SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to join our NASA CPSS Program. This role is onsite in Huntsville, AL and requires a passion for excellence, technical teamwork, and innovative process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the senior-level Schedule Analyst for the SLS Program.
• Integrate, analyze, and assess element and program level schedules using an IMS.
• Develop resource loaded schedules with network logic for design, testing, production, and verification.
• Collect, update, and analyze monthly status on schedules, identifying critical paths.
• Perform monthly reviews of prime contractors’ schedules and report findings to NASA project management.
• Produce monthly reports with recommendations and schedule health assessments.
• Develop and maintain schedules on the MS Project Server and configure user access and server performance.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's with 3+ years or Master's with 1+ year of related experience.
• Experience in schedule analysis, team coordination, technical reviews, and resource allocation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven customer coordination.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous NASA experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Schedule.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
