Business Analyst at SAIC
SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of War (DoW) Office of Strategic Capital (OSC). This role focuses on the Metals, Mining, and Materials (MMM) vertical to guide investments in critical technology areas for national security, including OSC’s Loan Program.
The successful candidate will conduct analysis of business cases for current and future OSC investments and support MMM leadership through pipeline tracking, draft summary documents, maintain project updates, and manage cross-agency communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support MMM leadership with intake pipeline tracking and updates.
- Draft summary documents for stakeholder communications.
- Organize project updates, deadlines, and action items.
- Compile industry overviews and maintain organized files.
- Coordinate with DoW and US interagency on MMM projects.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s with 10 years or a Master’s with 7 years of experience.
Required Clearance
Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI. US Citizenship required.

- Ability to integrate and present complex findings both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in preparing high quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
