Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist role is designed to shape and grow SAI360's digital presence. You will create and manage content across digital channels, support integrated campaigns, and engage with the online community. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years experience, aiming to expand their capabilities and progress towards a senior strategist position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Communications: Develop digital communication plans and create content for web, email, blogs, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Manage daily operations on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce multimedia content and support campaigns and internal communications.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track, report, and analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements for digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must reside in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones. A background of 2–5 years in digital communications or social media management is required. Strong writing, editing, and digital marketing fundamentals (including SEO and analytics tools) are essential.

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners are critical.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 plus bonuses/commissions, along with comprehensive benefits including health and pet insurance, time off, wellness days, and a strong 401(k) match.
