Account Executive - SAI360
We are looking for two Account Executives to join our EMEA team! Are you passionate about turning leads into customers, understanding their pain-points and mapping them to our solution? We are looking for people who are driven, interested in GRC and ready to take on the challenge that is SaaS sales!

By combining AI-enabled Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software with Ethics & Compliance learning, we enable enterprises to identify, manage, and mitigate risk across their entire organization. With a global footprint and strong growth in Europe, we are expanding our commercial team in the Netherlands. The successful candidates must be comfortable commuting to our Den Bosch office twice per week.
Think you’re a fit for SAI360? We’re looking for Account Executives to drive new business across the Dutch Enterprise market, strong candidates may expand their scope to other countries. These roles are exclusively focused on new business and not managing accounts.
Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and win new Enterprise customers in the Netherlands.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive outbound activity to build a strong pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position SAI360’s GRC platform as a strategic solution.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Enterprise Engagement: Interact with senior stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, C-level).
- Deal Execution: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12 months).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Presales, Marketing, Product, and Partners to win deals.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Market Presence: Represent SAI360 at events and build your network in the Dutch GRC ecosystem.
Estimated up to 30% travel for client meetings and events.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Essential: Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales in the Enterprise Software space; Hunter mentality – you enjoy opening doors and creating opportunities; Strong communication and presentation skills; Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Desirable: Experience selling subscription-based solutions (preference for Enterprise focus); Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders; Experience using, or proven knowledge of a sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, value-based selling); Experience communicating confidently with senior executives; Highly driven, resilient, and results-oriented; Interest in Compliance, Risk management and overall EGRC.
