About the Performance Marketing Manager Role

Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a remote, independent contractor position. Work with a fast-growing B2B company and be responsible for executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on local lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute digital campaigns (email, paid media, organic social, and content).
  • Own marketing automation workflows and CRM segmentation.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain landing pages using platforms like WordPress, Webflow.
  • Track KPIs using GA4, GTM, and create dashboards or reports.
  • Execute local SEO and optimize Google Business Profile.
  • Collaborate with leadership to test messaging, offers, and user journeys.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates via async video or verbal reports.

Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years in digital marketing with local lead generation focus.
  • Proven ability to run full-funnel campaigns from setup to reporting.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and landing page builders.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Local Services Ads, and CRM integrations.
  • Comfortable with async video or verbal updates.
  • Strong English communication skills and detail orientation.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in pest control, wildlife removal, or local/home services marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, or Google LSA.
  • Background in franchise marketing or speed-to-lead service businesses.
