Sagan Recruitment invites motivated professionals to drive outbound pipeline for a technical product serving DevOps, SREs, and engineering leaders. This role focuses on engaging technical stakeholders at enterprise companies and transforming cold outreach into warm opportunities, playing a key role in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting targeting enterprise technical decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach campaigns.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure they meet the ideal customer profile.
  • Articulate product value to technical buyers, such as CTOs and Engineering Managers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on messaging.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and engaging technical personas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise tech buyers.
  • Experience with high-volume outreach and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling to CTOs, Engineering Managers, or DevOps leads.
  • Familiarity with observability, SRE, DevOps, or reliability engineering.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English plus Spanish, Portuguese, or Eastern European language).
