About the Role

The AI Content & Social Media Manager - Dermatology is a part-time, independent contractor position focused on short-form video content production for dermatology and skincare education. This role is remote with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST (20 hours per week) and a monthly compensation equivalent to approximately 1000 USD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video content using tools like HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
  • Write concise, engaging educational scripts focused on skincare and dermatology.
  • Edit and package videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Manage posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms.
  • Spot trends, suggest content ideas, adapt brand voice, and handle light community engagement.
  • Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
  • Experience with AI production tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills and familiarity with TikTok and Instagram formats.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Self-managed, reliable, and communicative.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with skincare, health, or beauty brands.
  • Experience supporting a founder or creator-led brand.
  • Knowledge of content performance metrics and iteration strategies.
