Role Overview

The Claims Administration Officer provides claims administration services to the Australian claims team. This role supports exceptional service delivery, drives growth, and maximizes bottom-line profitability by ensuring agile, flexible, responsive, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Claim registration
  • Claim allocation and assignment per company guidelines
  • Preparation of claim payments as directed
  • Claim reconciliation
  • Emailing payment remittances
  • Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Monitoring Claims Group email box
  • Assigning and forwarding emails
  • Other data entry
  • Platform adoption emails and follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of the Insurance & Finance industry and claims lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High competency in accurate data entry and professional email correspondence
