About the Role
SafeRide Health is seeking a Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner directly with Growth leadership on high-impact decisions related to pricing, client strategy, reporting, and market expansion. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data—transforming ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable insights that improve access to care for vulnerable populations. This is an opportunity to shape how SafeRide scales its growth engine while working closely with senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Client Reporting & Insights (40%)
- Own and improve client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery processes
- Act as a cross-functional bridge between Growth, Finance, and Data teams
- Produce high-quality ad hoc analyses for both client-facing and internal needs
- Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline reporting workflows
- Ensure all insights are accurate, actionable, and decision-ready
Note: This role focuses on insights and delivery, not building reporting infrastructure.
Pricing & Profitability (40%)
- Analyze client data to support deal pricing, renewals, and strategic decision-making
- Apply and refine pricing models in partnership with Finance
- Evaluate client-level profitability and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support negotiation strategy with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Challenge assumptions and continuously improve pricing frameworks and thinking
Market Research & Pipeline Strategy (20%)
- Estimate market size across clients, geographies, and lines of business
- Improve and operationalize deal scoring and prioritization frameworks
- Support Growth leadership in identifying where to invest and why
- Evaluate pipeline performance to increase conversion across the funnel
- Conduct targeted research to inform strategic growth decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and data analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Experience working with complex or imperfect datasets to generate insights
- Healthcare industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis
- Background in consulting or high-growth startup environments
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) or adjacent healthcare services
