Manufacturing Engineer
SAELENS CORPORATION is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on programming, optimizing, and improving CNC machining processes with an opportunity for growth into an engineering-focused position.
Responsibilities
- CNC Programming and Operation: Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality, and implement improvements to increase productivity. Evaluate and select appropriate robotic technologies to meet project objectives.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams ensuring products meet design specifications and troubleshoot related issues.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and provide input during product development.
- Training and Documentation: Train machine operators on CNC processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Continuous Learning: Implement new technologies, stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages, software, and CAD software.
- Solid understanding of machining processes, materials, and cutting tool selection.
- Knowledge of robotic systems and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
