To support this ambition, we are strengthening our teams and looking for a Manager Design Smart Experience Factory – a design leader who speaks as fluently in business as in creation, capable of selling, structuring, and delivering.

You will be integrated into the Smart Experience Factory team, our Design & Tech studio: a space where we imagine and build useful, usable, and desirable products, applications, and services. We combine strategic design, product thinking, agility, emerging technologies, and AI. We also support the creation of intranet hubs transformed into genuine employee experiences. Our daily work involves designing, delivering, and ensuring adoption.

From prototyping to production, from consulting to execution, we are involved in product innovation, delivery, internal transformation, and engagement. We see things through: immersive adoption devices, communication plans, and event formats that transform a solution into real usage.

Your Role

As a Design Manager, you are at the heart of our ambition: to make design a strategic lever for transformation.

Your Profile

We are looking for a leader capable of bridging design, business, and delivery.

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or design studio.
  • Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school.
  • Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design.
  • Ability to hold a strategic vision of design.
  • Experience in business development (ideally on design/product topics).
  • Experience in managing a creative and multidisciplinary team.
  • Product and agile delivery culture.
  • Sensitivity to tech and AI challenges applied to design.
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
