Your Profile

We are looking for a leader capable of bridging design, business, and delivery.

7+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or design studio.
Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school.
Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design.
Ability to hold a strategic vision of design.
Experience in business development (ideally on design/product topics).
Experience in managing a creative and multidisciplinary team.
Product and agile delivery culture.
Sensitivity to tech and AI challenges applied to design.
Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
