Job Description

Are you driven by a passion for international business and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? SACC-USA is seeking a dedicated Member Service and Community Intern who will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. This internship offers a unique opportunity for you to engage in hands-on experiences, actively contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our network. Join us on this exciting journey, where your role as a Member Service and Community Intern will be integral to building strong, lasting relationships within our transatlantic community.

In this position, you will actively participate in planning and executing trade missions, facilitating meaningful connections between entities in the U.S. and Sweden. You will be a key player in fostering global collaboration and understanding within the business community. Additionally, you will implement initiatives designed to elevate member satisfaction and engagement, ensuring the thriving of our community. You will take on a central role in the day-to-day management of member services by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing member needs. You will shoulder significant responsibilities in managing diverse projects that align seamlessly with our organizational goals. You will contribute to the development and execution of creative community-focused projects, adding depth to our engagement strategies. Be at the forefront of initiatives that bring our community together, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. After 5 months, it is possible to change your focus more towards Event & Marketing to broaden your experience as an intern.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a university program within a relevant field of study.
  • Swedish citizenship or strong ties to Sweden (for U.S. visa purposes).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Familiarity with business strategies, project management, and organizational development concepts through academic coursework.
  • Passion for international business.
  • Eagerness to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Benefits

This is a 10-month internship starting in September of 2025. The selected candidate will receive a scholarship from the Scholarship Fund for Swedish Youth Abroad. Please refrain from contacting the Scholarship Fund directly; if you have any inquiries, please reach out to SACC-USA Talent Mobility.
