Job Description
In a dynamic international environment, you will assist the Global Brand Lead in charge of an automotive client in the coordination of strategic projects across multiple markets (G10 & France), with a strong focus on Martech, media, and digital operations.
You will act as an interface with numerous internal stakeholders – hub and France teams working within various Publicis Groupe agencies: Saatchi, Starcom, Performics, Sapient, Publicis Sport.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational follow-up of ongoing projects:
- Update worklists
- Track deliverables and deadlines
- Follow up with contributing teams
- Cross-functional coordination:
- Interact with partner teams (media, CRM, data, digital, social media, analytics)
- Support the preparation and consolidation of presentations (decks)
- Contribution to project fluidity:
- Organize information
- Assist with project management
(Note: no billing management or tools like Salesforce)
Qualifications
Profile Sought:
- M1/M2 student – business school (top 5) or university (e.g., Dauphine)
- Bilingual French/English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a media, digital, data, or CRM agency strongly appreciated
- Strong interest in Martech issues and digital ecosystems
- Excellent organizational and rigor skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, and agility
- Comfortable in complex and multi-stakeholder environments
- Ideally comfortable with AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
