Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relationships as a key strategic and business partner.
- Guide strategic direction for clients’ brand development and marketing approach.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges, threats, and opportunities.
- Understand clients’ customers’ wants, needs, and behaviors across the customer journey.
- Advocate for the full suite of strategic skillsets and solutions offered by SSW.
- Collaborate with creative, account, strategy, medical, and analytics teams on strategies.
- Develop POVs for clients on business-critical issues and trends.
- Mine provocative insights for effective communication, marketing, and creative strategies.
- Develop inspiring creative and project briefs.
- Lead the translation of insights into strategies and tactics.
- Lead internal brainstorms and client workshops.
- Participate in new business pitches.
- Partner with clients on market research activities.
Qualifications
- Experience with pharma brands is a plus.
- Ability to become deeply immersed in clients’ business (commercial and clinical/scientific).
- Develop strong client relationships and trust through deep business immersion.
- Rounded competency in brand strategy, creative development, and digital engagement.
- Creative thinker and adept storyteller.
- Ability to simplify and clarify complex concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Superb and persuasive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well with clients and internal teams.
