Your Role: Payroll Specialist, User Support
We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist, User Support to join our growing community, helping us as system specialists on our journey to become Finland's most attractive SaaS community, where the most progressive companies, employees, and customers want to belong.
Job Description
In user support, system specialists perform tasks such as:
- Solution-oriented guidance for customers daily with system usage.
- Participating in system implementations for new clients.
- Training customers in system usage.
- Participating in system development in collaboration with the technical team.
We are looking for a system specialist whose primary tasks will involve payroll support, specifically customer support and training related to the payroll module of the Likeit system.

- Knowledge of payroll fundamentals.

- Ability to grasp broad concepts.
- Excellent spoken and written Finnish language skills.

We do not expect you to have prior knowledge of the Likeit system, but to succeed in the role, you will benefit from experience in the following tasks:
- Acting as a superuser for HR systems.
- HR system implementation.
- Customer relationship management.
- Customer service expertise.
- Training.
