About the Role: Jr. AI Developer at Saara AI
Saara AI is actively seeking a Junior Developer with 1+ years of experience who is eager to learn, build, and grow within our innovative team.
Responsibilities
As a Jr. AI Developer, you will contribute to two dynamic areas:
- AI Agents: You will assist in developing cutting-edge GenAI agents, leveraging platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and MCPs, all built upon our proprietary Agno platform. This platform functions as an intelligent eCommerce assistant, akin to ChatGPT but specifically tailored with a deep understanding of the eCommerce domain.
- Core SaaS (EcoReturns): You will provide crucial support and develop new features for our flagship EcoReturns product. This Django/Postgres/Azure-powered solution is instrumental in helping brands significantly reduce return-related costs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Over 1 year of experience in Python, with exposure to Django or similar web frameworks.
- Comfort with working with APIs, applying prompt engineering techniques, and a thoughtful approach to designing AI agent customer interactions.
- A passion for seeing your code deployed quickly and utilized by real users.
- A curious, hands-on mindset, excited by the prospect of working with both established software methodologies and emergent AI technologies.
- The ability to thrive in a hybrid team environment, working 3 days from our HSR Layout office and the remaining days remotely (WFH).
Bonus Points If You
- Have prior experience experimenting with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Possess a foundational understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LangChain, or vector databases.
- Can showcase personal side projects, GitHub repositories, or confidently discuss previous builds.
