Position Purpose

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests at the bar and through wait staff, while keeping a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and acknowledge waiting diners.
• Prepare cocktails and coffee drinks as needed.
• Ensure proper measurements and signature cocktail recipes.
• Process tabs and accurately record drink orders.
• Keep the bar stocked and organized.
• Adhere to closing procedures and complete checklists.
• Manage cash drawer checkout and secure payments.
• Maintain bar and lounge cleanliness in line with health standards.
• Requisition and restock liquor, beer, and wine supplies.
• Communicate facility issues to management.
• Assist with delivery orders when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on food, wine, and cocktail menus.
• Participate in continued education sessions.

Minimal Essential Requirements

• Teamwork and fast-paced work ability.
• Basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills.
• Time management and stress handling in high volume settings.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and maintain discipline.

Additional Information
