Position Overview: Solutions Designer - Senior
S M Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a Solutions Designer - Senior to support the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This integral, onsite role involves developing and maintaining MOH EHS solutions configured on OPS cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building REST/SOAP web services using JSON/XML, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines for COTS and custom application deployments, and providing crucial 3rd-level troubleshooting. This position is based at 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto, for a duration of 500 business days with a probable extension.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Solutions Designer - Senior, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and provisioning highly available, mission-critical on-premise and cloud solutions (MOH EHS), with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Designing and building RESTful/SOAP web services using JSON/XML.
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for both COTS and custom application deployments.
- Utilizing Git-based version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and agile tracking tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Providing 3rd level troubleshooting for complex solutions.
