Warehouse Material Handler at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions
Ryder is immediately hiring Temporary Full-Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Hazelwood, Missouri. These warehouse positions offer weekly pay at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift pay when working the 2nd shift. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join Ryder and contribute to the safest supply chain environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. The products handled in this role are medical supplies, and equipment includes High Reach Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Walkie Riders, and other powered industrial trucks.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Material Handler role will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team within a diverse work environment
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
- Highly thorough and dependable with a punctual and good attendance record
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of initiative
- Exhibits a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work using health and safety methods and be available for a flexible schedule on various shifts
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing various warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Executing duties within the performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
- Ensuring accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
- Managing day-to-day warehouse paperwork, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
- Providing technical and maintenance support for different aspects of the automated packing system during core production shifts.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
