Information Security Graduate Programme at Ryanair

We are delighted to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 Information Security Graduate Programme. Joining Ryanair as a graduate means joining Europe’s Largest Airline Group and gaining the opportunity to learn and work with some of the most talented people. Ryanair Labs is the technology wing of Ryanair, a state-of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub focused on creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for our customers.

Successful applicants will participate in the Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Application Process

What you need to get in – You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2.1 degree and have excelled in your studies. We are looking for inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Application process – Applications will remain open until January 31st, 2026, but we recommend applying earlier. Everyone we hire at Ryanair needs to show the skills and behaviours that have helped us achieve our growth over the last 40+ years. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process, which will include a mandatory face-to-face interview.

Requirements

  • Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to.
  • Must have graduated/finished university no earlier than 2023.
  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvements.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously!
