We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in machine learning, coupled with a proven track record in developing and deploying AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for content creation, recommendation engines, and chatbots.
• Work with unstructured data to train models that generate human-like text, images, and other content.
• Optimize machine learning models and foundation models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into larger systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research and methodologies.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps principles for scalable model training and deployment.
• Actively participate in the development and maintenance of AI safety and content moderation systems.
• Utilize Azure or AWS data science tooling to build and maintain AI solutions.
• Generate ideas for enhancement and assist in technology selection.
• Advance and refine model prompts, chains, and RAG systems.
• Conduct regular technology reviews in AI, machine learning, computer vision, and NLP.

Requirements

• Relevant experience on enterprise-level projects.
• Experienced AI/Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proven experience in computer vision and NLP workloads.
• Deep understanding of knowledge mining techniques.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models and common use cases.
• Experienced in Python and software development best practices.
• Experience with MLOps/MLLops for machine learning lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS data science tooling.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Doctorate degree (PhD) or equivalent research experience.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI/ML projects.
