Job Description
Clinical Pharmacist Consultant
Reports directly to and works under the supervision of the Manager, Clinical Services. As part of our Health Services team, the Clinical Pharmacist Consultant partners with Business Development, Account Management and Operations to support client growth and retention.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Present at client meetings, events, and virtual webinars on industry updates.
- Establish productive professional relationships to support client bases.
- Act as the Clinical Subject Matter Expert on implementation calls for drug coverage decisions.
- Perform dynamic data analyses using Business Intelligence tools.
- Review colleague analytical output to ensure quality and consistency.
- Conduct chart reviews and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Facilitate delivery of the Clinical Value Proposition and related materials.
- Mentor new consultants, pharmacist residents, and student pharmacy interns.
- Support Business Development and Account Management through data evaluation.
- Participate in clinical projects, training initiatives, and policy updates.
- Maintain expert knowledge of RxBenefits clinical products and partner solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical leadership.
