Job Purpose
The EMEA Account Manager will be responsible for customer retention, driving renewals, and expansion within a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts across EMEA. You will work closely with Customer Support, Professional Services, and Renewals teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align outcomes with RWS's SaaS transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Retention & Growth: Manage relationships, drive renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop account plans.
- Commercial Management: Lead renewal and expansion discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews, serve as a trusted advisor, and gather customer insights to influence product roadmap.
- Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Work with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Support, and Professional Services to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous process improvement.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years in SaaS Account Management or related roles.
- Proven track record in retention and upsell achievement.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Knowledge of digital experience technologies and enterprise content management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel (10%-20%).
