About the Role

RWS Group is seeking Dutch speaking freelance translators and proofreaders for patent translations. The role focuses on servicing the world’s leading technology brands in the fields of Mechanical, Optics/Physics, Chemistry, Electronics/IT, and Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate and proofread patent documents between English and Dutch.
  • Work on content related to Intellectual Property.
  • Maintain high quality standards and clear communication.
  • Utilize CAT tools such as Trados Studio.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • University degree in an engineering discipline and/or translation.
  • At least 2 years of patent translation experience.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools (Trados Studio).
