AI Customer Experience Consultant

Overview

As an AI Customer Experience Consultant at R+V Versicherung, you will shape the use of AI to deliver outstanding customer experiences and measurable business value. You will work on developing customer journeys, establishing KPIs, building business cases, and delivering concrete AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI strategies for enhanced customer interaction.
• Develop relevant customer journeys and dialogue logics to measure success.
• Create robust business cases and prioritize projects based on benefits, costs, and risks.
• Translate customer goals into concrete AI use cases like chatbots and recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments, facilitating teamwork and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act.

Profile / Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, or Informatics.
• Several years of experience in Customer Experience, Consulting, AI, CRM, or Operations, ideally in finance/insurance.
• Strong technical understanding of AI and data-driven solutions with agile project experience.
• Proven track record of process improvement in operations and IT collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills combined with autonomous, result-oriented work style.
• Willingness to delve into data protection, information security, and regulatory frameworks.
