Role Overview
As a Sales Store Manager at Russell Cellular, you will drive retail sales and deliver the best wireless experience every time. You will facilitate sales of cellular products and wireless services, create sales opportunities through creative marketing, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services
- Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing
- Increase knowledge of telecommunications products
- Observe and coach retail sales reps on best practices
- Develop and monitor daily/monthly sales plans
- Conduct new hire interviews and training programs
- Manage shift scheduling and disciplinary actions under guidance
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated with a drive to learn and excel
- A knack for technology and quick wireless learning ability
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing and confident team leadership skills
