Overview

Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a leader in online casino and sports betting with innovative brands such as BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. They are building bridges between online, social, and land-based gaming businesses to create integrated experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, Instrumentation, you will own the roadmap, implementation, and governance of the digital data collection ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

This role reports into the Data Product & Strategy team and covers client-facing digital products for both web and mobile channels. The focus is on instrumentation, event tracking, privacy compliance, and measurement technologies.

  • Tag, Consent & CDP Platforms: Own strategy, deployment, and configuration for tag management, consent, and CDP platforms.
  • Digital Event Instrumentation & SDKs: Lead the design and implementation of a global event taxonomy along with SDK management and quality assurance.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Develop monitoring and testing protocols ensuring adherence to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Translate stakeholder requirements and manage vendor relationships to align tracking solutions with business objectives.

What You'll Bring

You should have 7+ years in product management or related fields with deep technical know-how in web/mobile tracking, SDK instrumentation, and digital compliance. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience with tag managers (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.), measurement tools (GA4, Firebase, etc.), and familiarity with privacy frameworks is essential. Managerial experience is a plus.

This role is open to candidates across the U.S. (with some state restrictions) and internationally with locally informed compensation. Compensation includes base pay, benefits, bonus, and more.
