About the role

Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of Rupeezy's website product and user growth initiatives. In this role, you will focus on improving user journeys, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to build and optimize web experiences that improve user acquisition, onboarding, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Rupeezy's website, focusing on user acquisition, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates through landing page optimization and better user journey design.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing experiments using tools like Optimizely or VWO to continuously improve product performance.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align SEO, content strategy, and product improvements for organic growth.
  • Implement and monitor technical SEO improvements, including site structure, schema markup, page performance, and indexing.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics 4 Mixpanel, SQL, Tableau, or Hotjar to identify drop-offs and optimize the funnel.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve UX, page performance, and conversion flows across the website.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and growth initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech or digital platforms.
  • Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey mapping.
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including technical SEO, keyword strategy (Semrush/Ahrefs), content audits, and schema markup.
  • Strong data analytics skills using tools such as Google Analytics 4 SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, and heatmapping tools like Hotjar.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
