Job Summary
The European Brand Director role at Ruggable is designed to reinvent home styling. This role involves owning the regional brand strategy, aligning global positioning with local market nuances, and executing integrated campaigns across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and own the brand strategy for Europe.
- Create and implement brand campaigns for local markets.
- Oversee PR, social, and influencer initiatives.
- Champion visual and verbal brand identity for consistency.
- Leverage consumer and market insights to drive performance.
- Inspire and manage a European brand team in collaboration with US counterparts.
- Monitor and optimize brand health and campaign results.
What You’ll Need to Have
8+ years in brand marketing/strategy, ideally within DTC or consumer lifestyle companies. Proven ability to adapt global brands for regional audiences, lead multi-country campaigns, and foster strong cross-cultural collaboration. A deep passion for design and lifestyle combined with strategic data-driven decision-making is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fast-paced startups or e-commerce environments and managing campaigns across multiple European territories is an advantage.
