Rubrik Cloud Data Management (CDM) acts as a unified software fabric, managing all application data across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments. This includes comprehensive solutions for backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and seamless integration with today’s major public cloud providers. Rubrik enables hybrid cloud enterprises to mobilize applications across diverse cloud platforms, automate intelligent orchestration workflows for self-service capabilities, and efficiently search and analyze application data at scale.

The Opportunity: Global Solution Architect

Rubrik collaborates with the world’s leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve successful and profitable outcomes for all parties involved. As a Global Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and building new services, driving pipeline generation for these services, and facilitating broad and deep enablement for select Global Systems Integrators.

Successful candidates for the Global Solution Architect role will bring a robust background encompassing service creation, revenue modeling, authoring large-scale technical proposals, and a proven track record of effectively managing the technical elements of global partnerships. Beyond business acumen, a high level of technical expertise in storage, virtualization, and Windows/Linux management is crucial. Proficiency in SD-WAN and scripting (Python and PowerShell) are highly desirable skills. This role requires a leader who can lead from the front, communicate openly, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Required Capabilities & Experience

• Successful experience partnering with Global GSIs to both create and consume new services.
• Provides technical leadership and strategic direction to partners and internal staff during the development of fully integrated technology solutions.
• Possesses extensive architectural experience in complex infrastructures, including virtualization, application high-availability, distributed systems, file systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery strategies, public cloud integrations, and robust security frameworks.
• Acts as the primary technical expert, developing partner-delivered solutions that comprehensively address both technology and business requirements.
• Serves as a trusted technology advisor, capable of delivering impactful technical and sales presentations to partners’ technical staff and senior management.
• Demonstrates exemplary relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to cultivate lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with partners and internal sales teams.

Desired Capabilities & Experience

• 7-8+ years of relevant sales engineering experience, ideally within a software or data center environment.
• Driven – exhibits a strong desire for success, highly energetic with a proactive, hands-on, “can do” approach.
• Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, possesses a strong work ethic, is resourceful, and maintains a “get it done” attitude.
• Follow Up - thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple activities daily with immediate follow-up.
• Possesses high business acumen and practical experience engaging with CxO-level personnel to deliver technology solutions that address complex business challenges.
