Job Description

IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Document and track support requests using the help desk software.
  • Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic IT procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of Mac OS and Linux environments.
