Job Overview

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager for Development & Strategy in Tucson, AZ. This role requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and at least two years of supply chain experience, including material requirements planning (MRP) and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute material program strategy and plans.
  • Provide supply chain support for program Gate activities and IPDP compliance.
  • Manage supplier performance, risk, and opportunity processes.
  • Engage with PMO leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Develop and negotiate long-term supplier contracts.
  • Oversee development and obsolescence projects and new supplier statements of work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A working knowledge of PRISM/SAP and active Secret Clearance is preferred.
