Overview

Join RTX, a leading Aerospace and Defense company headquartered in Arlington, VA, for a two-year rotational Leadership Development Program in Operations Materials Management. This program offers challenging opportunities and high-caliber training through three 8-month rotations across various RTX locations across the USA.

Program Details

This opportunity is designed for current RTX interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals eager to develop their career at RTX. Candidates must be willing to relocate across different states during the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in Materials Planning, Execution, Demand Management, and Logistics.
  • Participate in executive meetings and special projects focused on cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Work on lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain high standards such as 6S compliance.
  • Utilize systems like SAP, Kinaxis, and S4 for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, global supply chain, and shop floor teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (to be completed by June 2026) in Materials Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields. Relevant internship/co-op or work experience is preferred along with strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
