About the Role
The Intern Leadership Development Program – Human Resources at RTX offers a summer internship beginning late May 2026. Designed for students pursuing a master’s in Business, Human Resources Management or related fields, this internship is a feeder for the full-time two-year rotational HRLDP.
What You Will Do
Work collaboratively across various HR functions to create high-impact solutions. You could be involved in areas such as Human Resources Partner, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, or People Services. This is a frontline, hands-on assignment directly connected to meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
Must Have: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. and pursuit of a Master’s degree not before December 2026.
Preferred: Leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Additional Information
