Your Responsibilities as a Senior HR Controller at RTL Deutschland
As a Senior HR Controller, you will be responsible for the conception, further development, and implementation of projects in the area of HR controlling. Collaborating with the team, you will implement personnel requirements and cost planning, including the creation of forecasts and budgets, and present these to controlling and management. Together with the HR Controlling team, you will also manage the personnel cost strategy, considering business objectives.
You will advise and challenge top management regarding personnel costs to achieve strategic cost targets. Furthermore, you will develop relevant HR key figures for various stakeholders and standardize their reporting. You will manage and plan reporting processes and take over ad-hoc reporting in HR. Acting as an interface between HR, management, and other departments, you will ensure integrated planning. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous optimization of existing controlling processes through critical analyses and new impulses.
Your Profile
To succeed in this Senior HR Controller role, you should have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification. You bring more than five years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in human resources controlling. You possess sound knowledge of working with HR key figures and have strong analytical thinking skills. Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are a given for you, and knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, teamwork, and high initiative. You have the ability to critically question existing processes and implement sustainable optimizations. Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
