As the Human Resources Director, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that directly supports the Group’s ambitious growth objectives. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker capable of designing and overseeing workforce planning initiatives aligned with the company's expansion goals. You will be responsible for implementing robust performance management systems to foster accountability and drive results across the organization. Additionally, you will oversee payroll governance and meticulous benefits administration, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, specifically within retail visual merchandising.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or director-level role, with C-level exposure preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR are mandatory.
- Candidates must come from retail or related industries, including fashion, leisure, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
